A minimal version including:

Working authentication
Profile view/edit page

Tasks (inc. documentation) :

Choose backend framework
Choose frontend libraries
Setup development environment and instructions
Define the authentication flow
Define the standard API (standard/error formats)
Provide API endpoint to get one's profile
Provide API endpoint to update one's profile
