Welcome Text Shouldn't Update When Adding Record

When creating a new record, the greeting message on the page updates when adding a new record. For example, if you navigate to the homepage, it will say "Welcome" and then if you click the "+" button to add a record, it will now say, "You've found 1 record searching for all records from the beginning of history to the end of time."
