原因是因为docker搭建或启动镜像之前，我已经有在启动一个weblogic，是通过官方的14版本下载包正式安装的。

如果你也在已有一个weblogic的情况下，拉取一个镜像。之后关闭14的weblogic，去尝试登陆镜像的weblogic的话可能会出现，输入了用户名密码，刷新了页面但是没有登陆的情况。

原因是cookie冲突了，可以试着用别的浏览器去进行登陆就ok了，或者清除缓存就可以正常登录到后台了
