Default contrast is makes some text very hard to distinguish #291

Event the video recording from https://www.npmjs.com/package/react-ansi does exemplify that blue on back background text is almost impossible to read.

Can we please come with a default theme that assures that text is readable, especially for black and white backgrounds.
