Test failures in SupervisionSuccessRateMetric

What needs to be done? Why does it need to be done?
Tests for SupervisionSuccessRateMetric began failing when seemingly unrelated changes were made as part of #576. Attempts to debug were unsuccessful, and since no regression could be observed in the application itself we decided to disable the offending tests to unblock the new feature.

The task is to resolve these test failures and re-enable the tests.
