fixes #127. Due to random instability of browser tests on Travis-CI * Split up browsers tests * use concurrency = 1 in karma.config

It is useful in situations where a Parser with the same name is dynamically initialized
multiple times. For example in the online playground.
The cache will be invalid is the Parser (with the same name) is initialized more than once
but with a different implementation.
