Please make the licensing more clear

Hello!

In order to contribute to Sefaria I (and perhaps many others) need approval from my current employer. When I submitted a request, they responded with a request that the licensing be made more obvious.

Although there is a link at the bottom of the README, they suggested using the method described by github itself to make it absolutely clear. See here: https://docs.github.com/en/github/creating-cloning-and-archiving-repositories/licensing-a-repository
