发生了什么？

复现步骤:
运行 C:\Windows\System32\osk.exe 屏幕键盘 ,
snipaste贴一个图,然后焦点切换到其它软件
此时鼠标点击一个贴图并拖动,这时候会卡顿,贴图会被移动,但是移动之后贴图和鼠标光标的相对位置会变 (鼠标移动距离比贴图长,)
其实问题就是点击贴图后,需要一段时间该贴图才能或得焦点(才能被选中)
关闭osk之后问题消失
