I would like more options for what action to take if the required plugins fail to enable. For example

  • shutdown (the current action)
  • disallow player connections

Perhaps a replacement for enabled. A configuration option something like

# Action to take if all listed plugins are not enabled. One of the following:
#   log-to-console (ie., WARN that a listed plugin is not enabled) -- default
#   disallow-player-connections
#   shutdown-server
action: disallow-player-connections
