riche.traceback.install() should allow for calling the previous excepthook

I understand that by default you want to disable the previous exception hook to avoid duplicate stack traces, and that it currently is being returned by install().

However, it would be handy to be able to do:

install(call_previous_hook=True)

So it's been called automatically for you instead of forcing your to write an new exception hook yourself.

The need arise when you use something like chime chime.notify_exceptions(), that allows you to get a warning sound when an exception occurs.
