When activating MicroManage and having a particular asset under the targeting cursor, I will click and see the usual menus... when trying to manipulate the targeted asset (any sort of adjustment), the asset that actually adjusts will be a distance from the targeted asset, and the targeted asset is unaffected.

A few notes:

  • No new mods were added or updated prior to this behavior
  • The asset that actually adjusts is sometimes out of my field of view, and I need to rotate the camera to actually see what is being adjusted
  • The distance from the desired asset and the asset that actually adjusts is not constant (i.e. sometimes it will be three blocks from where I targeted, sometimes it will be five blocks, etc)
  • This affects any asset type I try to adjust, and (in case it matters) the asset that does adjust is not necessarily the same asset type. i.e. Ive targeted a foundation block, and a wall adjusts...

Running on:

  • Windows 10 (20H2 - 19042.1889)
  • Intel i5 9th gen processer
  • Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 Ti GPU
  • Have been using MicroManage mod for perhaps a month
  • Game running via Steam
  • Running Experimental build

Thanks!

Micro Manage actions work off of a selection of 1 or more objects (you can see the count of how many items are selected on the clipboard and the appearance will change when an item is selected). If you perform an action without anything selected it will create a single item selection of whatever you are pointed at. If you then try to point the cursor at another item with something already selected, the actions will work on the selection and not what you are pointing at. Ctrl LMB adds an item to a selection, Ctrl RMB removes an item from the selection and for more advanced functions Shift LMB/RMB defines the Anchor/Target respectively. Let me know if this isn't what you are seeing and attach an image if you can to help figure out what's going on.
