[FEATURE] Topic specific notification for Telegram super group

The current feature lets you send notification to a group, but with the new topics feature in telegram supergroups, the chat can be organized further.

Describe the solution you'd like
Continuing based on this request, there should be an additional text prompt that allows you set the topic / message_thread_id along with group id which will allow the telegram bot to send messages in this case the status of download directly to a specific topic of telegram super group
