How to intall packages via apx --apt with root #385

I'm trying to search VS code via apt but i don't have access for root.

apx --apt search code
[sudo] password for ubuntu: 
Sorry, try again.

Please, how does it change neccessery acces root in apx for install? i use Vanilla OS.

What are you running this from? If you are on VanillaOS Orchid, you should be installing applications using vso. From the apx-vso-pico container, you can provide sudo to the command for elevation. From the host shell, you have to elevate using pkexec.
