This PR updates the dependencies to the latest versions.
Updated WIT deps to the latest versions.
This commit removes the SQL imports from the wasi:cloud-core/imports World and bumps the version to `0.2.0-draft2`. The `wasi:sql` interface is not actively being worked on and is decided to be dropped.
