[Snap] Clicking "skip" on tunnel setup has no effect #3151

Loading

STR:

Install snap
Load http://localhost:8080 in the browser
Click "skip" in the tunnel setup screen

Expected:

Skips to create user screen

Actual:

Reloads the tunnel setup screen
Requires a hard reload to get to the create user screen, then again to get to the things screen

The above steps were a local snap installation on Ubuntu Desktop.

Note: When I manually installed the snap on a vanilla Ubuntu Core image I couldn't reproduce this bug.
