The diff of the Suggestion removed event is not consistent with the corresponding Suggestion added event.
Currently, the diff of the Suggestion removed event seems to show the difference between the suggestion and the blank.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Remove an existing suggestion
2. See the corresponding Suggestion removed event

Expected behavior

The diff of the Suggestion removed event is consistent with the corresponding Suggestion added event, showing the difference between the suggestion and the translation when the suggestion is added.
