Implement SentimentAnalyzeService

Description

Implement service which gets feedback relevance and checks its content safety

Requirements

  • project must be runnable

Deliverables

  • handle ProcessFeedBackRelevanceEvent in EventSubscriber
  • get feedback relevance and check safety of feedback's content in this service
  • publish AnalyzeFeedBackEvent in EventBusBroker
  • register all necessary infrastructure to DI
