[DS-467] Fix Amenities filter on the locations list page

Steps for review

• log as admin
• go to the edit /locations page
• verify that in the Header area is the Location finder filters paragraph
  
• if it is not presents, please add this paragraph
• save the node
• verify that the Amenities filter works as expected
