[bug] -T(--visualize-timeline) option does not work

-T(--visualize-timeline) option does not work in version 2.14.0.

Step to Reproduce
hayabusa csv-timeline -d hayabusa-sample-evtx -w -T

Actual behavior
Detection Frequency Timeline is not displayed as follows.

Environment

• OS: macOS Sonoma 14.4.1
• hayabusa version : 2.14.0

Additional context

• This issue does not occur in version 2.13.0, only in version 2.14.0
• It seems that the cause is that no value is stored in following afterfact_info.timestamps.
