Describe the bug
The standard output of the timeline-partition-diagnostic command (without the -o option) is garbled when command prompt or PowerShell.

Step to Reproduce
.\takajo.exe timeline-partition-diagnostic -t .\out.jsonl

Expected behavior
No mojibake

Environment

  • OS: Windows11
  • Takajo version 2.2.0

Additional context
Same issue as below. need to use the overridden method as well.
