1. Fix Parent title replacement variables in posts
2. Add support to Parent title replacement variable in Elementor

For posts:

• The replacement variable Parent title is in the suggestions for posts even when they are not hierarchical, that should avoided.
• For posts that are hierarchical, the Parent title is in the suggestion but doesn't work.

For Elementor:

• The replacement variable Parent title is not visible in the suggestion in the first place, that is because Elementor doesn't provide the parent ID, or an interface to change that. We should provide the parent-id/title and if it's a post, if it's hierarchical and support this replacement variable.
