use binaries instead of deb?

just an idea

do we want to use the binaries instead of debs?

advantages:

• the grafana version installed is coherent with the package version
  • more in tune with the spirit of yunohost
  • if a grafana version break the package, we could see it on CI or we could relatively easily diagnose it
• on restore, it's really a clone of the backuped installation
• we could enable the autoupdater using Add DownloadPageAPI to the autoupdater to download from HTML web pages YunoHost/apps#2041 as tar.gz links are on https://grafana.com/grafana/download?edition=oss&pg=oss-graf&platform=linux

disadvantages:

• only amd64 and arm64 are available as binaries

Generally, I agree with you to prefer binaries over debs, but if more plateforms are available with the debs, I would stick with them :)

tbh i haven't dug around to see if the other architectures are available in another place than on the quoted page
