This script installs sysmon for Linux on distributions that have pre-built packages. It could later be extended to accept the eula, install an appropriate config file, set up syslog replication, and start the service, if wanted.
Please check with Logan before merging this pull request.
Once it's ready for use, it will probably need to be sent over to Espy as well.
