Examine the current suite of tests.
Evaluate coverage (in terms of goal UK test).

Tests folder should contains only single pytest files, the folders make it harder to work with - supporting files should be moved out to support_files.

lex, we haven't had the chance yet to take a good thorough look at the content of the current tests - please could you check these are all reasonable, and in particular, ultimately support the UK goal case. It would be good to think about better tests too, expanding on the raw geo and msh data comparisons. This is in preparation for Magda returning on Monday. Please add further details to issue #6
