Subject of the enhancement

Currently the _userAnswers property saves and restores the last question state when _spoor._tracking._storeUserResponses = true.

It would be nice to be able to keep the previous states such that all of the attempts a user makes at a question can be queried and utilised by the course and plugins.

Can be useful for branching, advanced scoring, user feedback, generating better course statistics, etc
