No model for "_type": "component" is registered.

Issue identified from: ExultCorp/adapt-contrib-flipcard#18 (comment)

Missing: https:/adaptlearning/adapt_framework/blob/master/src/core/js/models/componentModel.js#L44

Example: https:/adaptlearning/adapt_framework/blob/master/src/core/js/models/blockModel.js#L33

Where a model is never assigned: https:/adaptlearning/adapt_framework/blob/master/src/core/js/adapt.js#L177-L178
