Show locale date in Extension Manager #7745

This shows the extension update date in the local format.
E.g. german: 04.05.2014

Another way would be to include a format string in strings.js to use with a library like http://momentjs.com

Is there anywhere else we'd want to do this too? Does the update notification dialog show dates?

You mean the "A new Brackets verion is available" dialog?
It does show dates, but they are included in the translation process, which means they are at least correct for the languages with translated update messages (en, fr, ja, de, es).
