Import new snpfile

If you import (--import_snp_file) an updated snp file with all the same snps as before but maybe just changed a position or so you will not get a warning if for example the new file has the wrong formatting.

And since you dont get a warning you think you have succeded with the import of the new file but in reality no changes have been made
