ver1.1.1にてチケットテンプレートのデフォルトが「---」になってしまう事象につきまして

以下の環境にてプラグインを利用させていただいています。チケットテンプレートがうまく反映されず困っているためなにかお気づきになることがないかご確認いただきたいです。
Environment:
Redmine version 5.0.4.stable
Ruby version 2.7.7-p221 (2022-11-24) [x86_64-linux]
Rails version 6.1.7

Description

chromeでも別のブラウザでも添付のキャプチャの内容で設定をしているのですが
新しいチケットで対象のトラッカーを指定した際に「チケットテンプレート」の項目の要素が期待する内容にならず、デフォルトのテンプレートが反映されません。

Visual Proof / Screenshot

When reporting an application error, post the error stack trace that
you should find in the log file (eg. log/production.log).

Screen shot would be also helpful.

Expected Results

「調査」のチケットテンプレートが表示され、
「説明」欄にテンプレート内容が反映されること

Actual Results

「---」（空）のチケットテンプレートが表示される

Workaround

類似の報告がどこかにあったり、その際に回避策があるようでしたらご教示いただきたいです。

こちらのチケットが類似っぽいです。
とりあえずプラグインの競合を疑ってプラグインを削っていきます。

このプラグインが干渉していることが原因でした。閉じます。
