Runtime error on Setup Team > Invite Member

Describe the bug
I'm trying to invite a user to a PS but when I click on the "Invite a new member" button I get a blank page with the client-side error

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Plastic Strategy Country
2. Go to National Steering Committee & Project Team > Setup your Team
3. Type at least 4 characters and Click on 'Invite a new member'
4. See error

Expected behavior
The modal invitation should be shown
