增加开启默认模糊搜索的按钮

• 通过issue历史，可以看到很多使用者，第一次使用的时候，对搜索功能都有困惑。虽然现在有placeholder进行了提示，但是使用起来还是有点麻烦，需要手动输入*号

• 所以增加开启默认搜索的按钮

• 不开启的时候，跟现在一样
  
  

• 开启后，会自动在搜索内容前后，添加*号

本来是考虑还要加上大小写是否敏感的开关的，但是看了下代码，需要修改后端逻辑，但是那块代码是拼接sql，不太好动，所以就先把模糊搜索提了个pr
