Adds initial documentation for how to implement a custom provider. I imagine that adding docstrings to
BaseProviderwill also help but for now I think that a basic snippet is enough. It also fixes a dependancy error in thePipfilewhere the incorrect django package was being installed.This PR depends on #26 and #27 being merged to master first.
Fixes #31
