Remove PyOpenSSL backends (except for openssl_pkcs12) #273

SUMMARY

Preparation for 2.0.0: remove PyOpenSSL backends for all modules, except openssl_pkcs12. Also removes some of the PyOpenSSL support code, except the one needed for openssl_pkcs12.

This can be merged once a stable-1 branch exists. Let's create one later this month; if we want to do a 1.10.0 release soon, that should come first; if not, we only have to wait for the 1.9.1 release in a couple of days.
