jcenter shutdown

JFrog announced that they will be shutting down Bintray and JCenter.
A complete shutdown is planned for February 1th 2022. Builds will no longer be able to resolve artifacts from JCenter.
This project is using following libraries/plugins that are downloadable only through Bintray:

• plugin: 'com.github.ben-manes.versions'
• info.guardianproject.netcipher:netcipher:2.0.0-alpha1.
• com.anthonycr.mezzanine:mezzanine:1.1.1.
• com.anthonycr.progress:animated-progress:1.0.

Are there any plans to use other libraries that are available through mavenCentral() ?
