Changes proposed in this pull request:

• Support Hive integration module to connect to HiveServer2 4.0.1.
• Due to the ongoing dispute at https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HIVE-28445, no PR is expected to happen, so I am still maintaining the Thin JAR build of HiveServer2 JDBC Driver 4.0.1 in my personal repository https:/linghengqian/hive-server2-jdbc-driver . This directly reduces the maintenance cost of thousands of lines of POM.
