Only load on request

Since I can notice some lag when using it and for one-line text fields it isn't really that useful for me it would be good to just load on request through a key combo, when in a text field, for instance.

It's actually pretty laggy for me as well (pretty unusable)... although I didn't do a full rebuild of vim. I just installed the full package by running

sudo apt-get install vim vim-scripts vim-doc vim-latexsuite vim-gui-common vim-gnome
