AStyle autorun on build

AStyle should be automatically run on build, to enforce good soure code formatting.
However, the way the source is formatted should be customisable, some files can be listed in an ignore list too...
if AStyle is not found, then we just skip that step ( status message to inform the user only )

This works and has been tested on Linux...
Not sure what we can do for Windows...
