Motivation

Some News views don't have a default 'no results' text.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

We have had requests from clients who need to add the 'no results' text manually when it's not displayed automatically.

Proposed Resolution

Update all the News views to incorporate a default "no results" text.
