Current Behavior

to reset the dropdown to not have a value we need to do

this.cityControl.reset('')
this.cityControl.reset([])

Expected Behavior

we should be able to reset the component with either '', [] or undefined

but only once

Steps to Reproduce

  1. set value
  2. reset value

but with angular forms
