set is_transparent to true by default for UI bundles #1071

as discussed in #64 (comment)

I set it to true by default for all UI bundles (NodeBundle, ImageBundle, ButtonBundle), as it was already the case for TextBundle, SpriteBundle, and SpriteSheetBundle.

I think it makes sense to include this in 0.4. I just updated the examples to remove is_transparent where it isn't needed.
