Allow users to impl Debug on types containing CommandQueues

Derive Debug on CommandQueue

This needs a manual implementation instead of being derived. Currently, this will print

[core::mem::maybe_uninit::MaybeUninit<u8>, core::mem::maybe_uninit::MaybeUninit<u8>, ...] repeatedly for every single byte stored in the CommandQueue (easily hundreds or thousands).

I would do:

fn fmt(&self, f: &mut Formatter) -> fmt::Result {
    f.debug_struct("CommandQueue")
        .field("byte_count", &self.bytes.len())
        .finish_non_exhaustive()
}
