Allow admin account to export users to Excel instead of just a .csv

When you login as [email protected] there is an option to export the users as a .csv: http://www.beyondz.org/admin/users.csv We would like a way to export the user database as a .xlsx or perhaps as a Google Spreadsheet. This way, we can add formatting and make it a better experience for our recruitment team.
