Create an empty project.

  • empty index.js.
  • Add contribution guilde.
  • README.md with just one sentence.
  • Minimal package.json.
  • MIT LICENSE with correct year.
  • .gitignore.
  • Create a single test.
  • Create an Issue to publish to NPM.
