Noticed this while looking into fixing #306 . Don't know why this is happening yet, but I suspect that on navigating by week we aren't clearing the socket perhaps. Not sure how to recreate yet, either.

Spent fifteen min trying to recreate this without any luck :(. I don't see anything telling in campaign_signup_live/index that could point to where this is coming from.
