Hi,

I couldn't reproduce this. Could you please let us know more regarding your setup? Are you running unified beta tag?

I am yes. Havent pinpointed the exact issue, but it seems to be related to downgrading a version of Bitwarden. We wiped the database and it resolved itself.

Are there any guides on how to appropriately downgrade Bitwarden if need be?

I'm sorry for not getting back to you sooner. Bitwarden currently doesn't have a guide on downgrading the version because it's rarely needed. The usual administration best practices should apply before making changes to a system: Take backup / snapshot.
