Menu sub items are not working

OS: MacOS Sierra 10.12.4
bterm version: 0.8.2

Sub menu items can be invoked directly on click or by its keyboard short cut, shown on the right side of the item.

Please check the item as it gets fixed.

• Undo item is not working ( both click and shortcut )
• Redo item is not working ( both click and shortcut )
• Cut item is working as Copy item ( both click and shortcut )
• Select all short cut is not working
• Enter/Exit full screen short cut is not working
• Actual size is not working ( both click and shortcut )
• Tab Left and Tab Right click is not working
• Minimize short cut is not working
• Close window works, but the issue is to open the window again. Therefore user is "stuck", and his only option is to quit the app, that is not visible and open it again. This is only case with click. When window is closed with short cut Cmd+W, the issue is not present.

I think that some of this functions are more fit for an editor application.
Terminals usually don't have cut/redo/undo functions.
