[Follow up to #36277] Wrong info is shown on VPN settings screen for country/region

Description

Follow-up to #36277.

Steps to reproduce

1. Launch Brave
2. Enable VPN
3. Hamburger menu > Settings
4. Brave Firewall + VPN > Observe
5. Tap Location > Turn off the Automatic toggle switch
6. Set the server to Optimal > Return to VPN settings screen > Observe
7. Tap Location > Set the server to any available city
8. Return to the VPN settings screen > Observe

Actual result

Wrong info is shown on the VPN settings screen for country/region according to Figma design:

• The Host section is not removed;
• Country flag is not shown;
• When the Automatic server is ON, an old/incorrect country name is shown. In my case USA (west) and Atlanta GA in the Host section, which must not be shown;
• Country name is not shown when server is set to a specific city;
