v2.2.1 via NPM appears to be missing android/src directory

I ran into a build problem on android with a missing AndroidManifest.xml which I traced back to the android/src directory not being present in 2.2.1.

Downgrading to 2.2.0 resolves the missing directory issue.

thanks for the report and confirmation, @jfrey, @cstd. It seems that .npmignore settings intended for src are also picking up android/src. Making a patch.
