No tsconfig.json eu adicionei algumas configurações pra conseguir compilar o Ts.
No Tickets Manager, eu modifiquei alguns backgrounds que estavam definidos, usei o 'MakeStyles' da biblioteca 'Material-ui', pra muda-las conforme nosso tema.
no layout /index eu coloquei um switch, dentro do appBar, pra modificar o tema. Usei useState pra setar o estado e guardei ele no local storage com useEffect.
