Password read from standard input only when not already provided #333

If I mark a parameter with password = true, the value of that parameter will always be read from the standard input. However, I think it'd make more sense to only do that if the user didn't already provide the value on the command line.

If this is something you would be willing to consider, I can look into implementing it.
